Build Mission Problem with 1.3?

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this, so apologies if its not.

I have patched up to 1.3 last night and was flying around doing some build missions when a mission popped up that didnt have any reward shown. At this stage I had approx 260million in the player account. So I took the mission thinking it was just missing the display for how much it would be - and I'd take whatever I got as a surprise. So built the station and completed the mission.. I got a reward of -200 million - yes thats MINUS 200 million! Of course I hadnt saved in ages.. so that was one hell of an expensive mission...

Anyway I saved and flew around and now it seems all my build missions dont have a reward and if I accept them I get money removed from my account instead of rewarded. Is anyone else seeing this? I have screenshots of before and after but not sure where to upload them.

Same problem was in 1.2, so I guess it wasnt fixed. So when you don't see a reward don't accept the mission.

it has been reported and you'll have to wait for a quickfix or 1.4?
its seems to develop most at high rankks and becomes more frequent altho you will still get paying mission (at least i still do)

I've noticed this recently on some of the very hard build missions. Might there be a cash limit on mission rewards? Similar to the 2000kk cash balance limit, is there a 200k cash limit on build mission rewards as I've received circa 190kk rewards but nothing above...

Obviously may not be the same for other missions as I've read about bigger rewards for combat missions.

i considered this myself, untill i got one paying 207mil (but the station cost about 8 ) so its still in with a chance?
the only problem about this bug is, it starts to affect most of the build missions, currently i'd guess in my game at least 3 out of 4 of availble builds are broken
