#1 My Sidewinder Pro now drifts - cured by increasing the dead space value to the next setting. Was there something in the patch for that? :?

#2 Graphics going a haywire 27minutes in, I docked and quit the game. Vista's desktop then had the same graphics issue - still looking into that one :o
After a reboot Vista is OK. I'll check X3:TC again after this post.

dxdiag dump to follow if the gfx issue is here to stay :(

Please post an update on your problems in any case.

#1 The joystick is still drift free at 20% idle space. If there wasn't anything supposed to effect the idle (dead?) space value in 1.3 I'll lower it again to see if it was a coincidence, but I've never had to adjust this value in games before (e.g. X2 & X3:R & pre-1.3 X3:TC

#2 With the CPU, gfx card & room at a similar temperature the next vista and X3:TC game session last night did not suffer a repeat of the full screen block tearing issue.

Hopefully all just a double coincidence that it occured at the 1st patched X3:TC session :?
