Steam 1.3 update

This is may not be an ego soft problem. Anyone have any information on how to get steam update? It is not auto updating when lauching steam or the game. Maybe there update isn't in effect yet. Any information?

Prob take another week before steam put it on their servers.
CPU - Motorola 68000 12Mhz
Zilog Z80 4Mhz
RAM - 74KB
Vid - 64KB
Sound - Yamaha YM2610 15
