Missing jumpgates and ships disappering

Hi everyone my problem is things dissapering such as ships im followinmg 2 find new jumpgates or known jumpgates not being there anymore eg im in BORON ROLKS LEGACY and the northern jumpgate 2 MENALAUS is no longer there and i want 2 claim the abandoned ship in MENALAUSES please help
