How do I activate M.A.R.S.?

I have installed a Motion Analysis Relay System in my ship, but - having lost my X-BTF manual - I don`t know how to activate it. Tried pressing various keys but none seem to work. Can someone please tell me how it works? Also, I know you can buy a Docking Computer at the Space Equipment Dock in the Paranid sector, what is the key to activate that?

MARS - "U" Target ships

Docking cpu - "D" target station (fly within 5Km)

I press the M.A.R.S. button and all i get is

pump up the volume

I that the MARS. Yet it may make your flying look flashy and good but it crapp when trying t capture somethign.
