Plot issuse (spoiler)

Hi, I am not too sure what mission number (Terran), but it requires me to deploy satellites.

The issue is raised pretty well into the mission. I have successfully tagged the split TL while sat in the captured ship. Once hostile, I transport back to my M3 and fly the hell out of there following the directions. it drops me in a system with a Terran ship in the middle, but nothing seems to be happening.

Have I missed something, screwed something up? Can any one enlighten me what's required?

you need to fly there in the captured ship

Actually, you don't need to fly there in the captured ship, but you DO need to ensure that ship is still in your possession (e.g. hasn't been sold or blown up).

Heya what i did was install a jump drive on the captured TS and once i planted the tracking device on the elephant, I just jumped to the sector to the north and docked at the closest base. Then bought in my main M3 and carried on with the mission.
