Corrupt Saves?!

Not sure what is going on, but all of a sudden all of my saves are corrupt for TC. Even the ones I have loaded off of a number of times. As soon as I select the save to load it, it just CTD and says the save may be corrupt. I tried all of the saves I have, which is odd, as a number of them have worked in the past...


Any ideas?

You could try backing up the save games and reinstalling the game. Check out the tech support board and if there is nothing similar then I would post in there.

Did you install any scripts, mods or plugins lately? Some times they can cause this error, especially if they modify a ship you already have. It happened to me in X3:R when I tried to add a dockable J mod to my game while I already had a J in my possession.

If so, remove what scrip/mod/plugin you have added one by one until it works. Good luck.
