AI setting up home in my stations
My complex has 12 stations and was blinking yellow for the last 30 mins so i checked to see where my energy buyers where. They are sat outside with cargobays full. So i sent them home. 5 mins later they are still sat outside so i check my station and it has 20 AI ships docked. They are not buying or selling anything all they are doing is stopping my ships going home.
Scripts I use.

The AI ships might well have large orders to fill and are waiting for your complex to produce what they need so they can leave. Of course, since they're stopping your energy buyers docking, the complex will never do that, and so you have a deadlock...
Weird thing is, I'm sure X3:R reserved at least one docking port at a player-owned station for the player's ships; either I remember wrong, or they changed that in X3:TC for some reason.

Yes they was all trading ships. Even a few argon ships had come all the way down to bad debt . I keep checking but it seems to be running ok now. I have not seen more than 4 AI ships docked.
Not sure if it helps there was a bunch of pirates attcking the freighters at my stations about an hour before but my patrol took them out. maybe the freighters where hiding and forgot to come out.
