Can't dock at the argon shipyard

Hi!
i'm having trouble docking the argon shipyard in argon prime. i can dock any other station there, so dunno whats the problem. my rank is guardian of the federation(or sumtin like that) and im using the vanilla game so it aint a script issue. any ideas?

Exactly what is the problem?

Does the station deny you docking?

Are all the bays full?

it denies docking.

If the station isn't hostile then probably it's just that all the docking slots are full (which includes inbound ships, not just ships which are actually docked).
