I've been tooling around in my Centaur doing station defense missions and attempting to enlarge my fleet. Everytime I capture an opposing M6 (normally Centaur or Osprey) the mission doesn't end until I sell the ship. "Everytime" is defined now as 12 missions with it happening 12 times.

Some fun things I've noticed:
- If I leave the sector, the mission fails and the capture unit is removed
- If I send the captured ship through the gate, it disappears and I can't end the mission without failing it
- If I land the ship to x-fer marines off, the marines disappear when it docks at a station
- If I save the game in space and re-load, when I come back the captured ship is an enemy again and takes off (since I normally has no guns or shields

I have found a great loop-hole to selling. I have a Magnetar follow me around with fighters with jumpdrives, Nav Mk1 and energy cells, I x-fer them to the captured ship and jump it to a sector with a Shipyard. This doesn't make the ship go away like it does jumping through a gate. It's a slight pain in the backside, but hey, it works, right?
