When will be the DVD check disabled by a patch? Like X3R

Usually the disc check removal patch comes approximately around a year after release, so I wouldn't expect it for some time yet. I agree it were a great update since at the mo I have X3:TC constantly in the drive, not that it's all too much a problem just it is nice not having to insert the disc for games.

If one does come out, it'll be at least a year I expect. I also imagine it'll only be made available to users who have registered their game with the site (and have the lovely blue tickydisc).
