Odd Game Behavior (Suddenly Enemy to All)

I've just come across this issue and I'm unsure where it is coming from. Upon entering the game from either a New Game or saved game, the sector will turn Enemy and I will explode to game over. I do use scripts, and for 4 days there were no issues, until today. I'm hoping someone has some advice as to what is occurring and a possible solution.

Unfortunately, as soon as you start using scripts we can't help you. If you can repeat the problem with a completely unmodified game then it would be worth looking at, but at the moment we have to assume it's one of your scripts gone rogue.
