Captured Pirate Ships do not show up in station menus

I have a few Pirate Ships (the pirate TS) that I have captured. They show up fine in my property screen and in sector maps, but when they are docked at a station will not show up. For example, they will show in the Landed Ships count but when you select that menu option they are not in the listing. Likewise, when docked at a shipyard, they are not shown for repair or to sell.
