recover autosave

i ran into a bug in the mission where you have to bring back the split scientist to the station in "the moon" and to get around it i have to a) revert back to an autosave, just 1 or 2 back OR b) revert to a reguler save way back near the start................ help?

You have no choice but to revert

Had the same problem - in fact I had other problems. Hope your nearest save was close

You just want to load an existing saved game?

well u know that the game keeps 3 autosaves, what i want to do is get an autosave from before those ones

You can't, I'm afraid - the game just cycles through the 3 slots and over-writes any earlier autosaves.

Unless you run some kind of regular backup on your PC, anyway.

What problem are you having with the mission?

to get past that bug you have to keep the Split TS that u used to find the TL, but i sold that just before i got back to the terran station, i landed on the station a few times to see if it would make a difference, before finding out that i needed that TS. so now............... i'm F**KED!!

Look at my other post related to Terran plot bugs (just posted) and it will tell you what you need to do. And yeah, it sucks big time

the bug is that when i actually bring him back to the station.... nothing happens!?

Because you picked him up with no cargo life support? If you used the Terran M3 that you are given it does not have the required hardware. If you sell the TS it will reset the mission back to find the TS and you can then make sure that you have CLS.

no i had the CLS (installed in ALL of my ships as standard) its just having that dam TS thats causing it.
