Special Command Software - what am I missing?

As you may know, Special Command Software adds the "Special" sub-menu to the ship's Command menu. The items added are "collect wares in sector", "collect ware", and "collect astronaut". So, I got a new ship, the Vidar. Installed Special Command Software, and under the "Special" menu there's nothing listed except "collect rocks" (greyed out). Is the Vidar bugged, or what? It can hold cargo, passengers, and marines, so it should have every Special command available. Thanks!

iirc, M6s and above couldn't collect wares in X3R - it's likelt the same in TC.
