I think single Balugas are the best choice (for the long haul)

But a pair of mosquitos for that initial sprint does the confidence a world of good at the start of a race.

Pilots from Golden oppertunities have offered to fly with a patch over one eye to enable the other guilds and cartels to catch up although it is rumoured that a couple of the Empires have secret boosters in development, the future looks good for suitsurfers

I wondered if it was possible when XOL happens to mark out a race course in one of the sectors or around the outside of a sector for ship and space suit racing

Phleg,answer to your question, no rules to the racing as of yet but i like the idea of small weapons certainly would add to the tension
