Xenon energy plant mod?

Greetings! I have just reinstalled X2, after a few years off, on my Linux box. Plays great and has some things I remember being upgrades in 1.4 . . . . but I am missing an old favorite I used to play. I know it's a cheat, but I remember a script that sold a Xenon Energy Plant device that, once installed in a given energy plant, allowed that plant to run with no resources.

Does anybody know where that script/mod can be found? Is it still alive anywhere?
