Looking for speech sound file

I'm looking for the file 00144.dat or whatever the equivalent to the German 00149.dat is. I mean this file with all the speech samples (bord computer, Teladi voices etc.).

Can someone please upload this file somewhere and give me a DL link? Or does somebody know a place where I can download it if it is already somewhere?

The 00144.dat is in the Mov folder of your X3 installation.
