hmmmm

have you tried running it in Compatability Mode?

maybe you got a dogdy driver somewhere?

try re-installing or getting the latest drivers for your Graphics Card, Sound etc - dunno if it will help but hey

if all else does fail - backup those save games and re-install

Bizarre--no way the update to a virtual machine should cause a problem to X-Tension, because as far as I know it doesn't use one. Since you say you fixed it, how did you do it?

Hello i had the same problem so i fixed it by reinstalling - sound card / video card / and directX

And i updated them with latest drivers then saved my game file and uninstalled the game and reinstalled and it worked.
so one of the above done it.
