Will there be a Mac Version, or does "variuos plattforms" mean Windows98/ME/2000/XP ?

Any info that you can't find there is bound to be in a forum-thread somewhere. ie. (please!) use the search function. 'Course it would help if Egosoft changed the "2002" for the X² release on the front page...

I looked everthing but couldn't find a statement about a mac port. And I did read the news and really used the search function. I know the 2002/2003 issues...

BTW: A Mac port would REALLY be great

I'm quite certain there'll be no Mac version, I'm afraid. But I'll check the german message board.

as far as i know there are no plans for a mac version

and if there is it wouldnt be till after X2 is released as someone would have to port it

I'm more inclined to suspect that "various platforms" would be PC and possibly consoles--Egosoft are a small outfit and can't afford to produce a version of the game which would have such a small potential target audience.
