i have downloaded the bonus pack and tried to unpack it but i seem to be still playing the 1.0 version...When it asks where i want to put the upgrade should tell it to download to the script folder or x2.exe???
i understand that it should tell me the version i'm playing in the load up screen...
any help for this would be extra cool...

Technically it is what 1.4.02 shouldve been, so they didnt change it.

Ignore the two previous comments. 1.4.02 and 1.4.03 are X3 patches.
The last patch of X2 is to my knowledge 1.4 (and you should install it before the bonuspack). The version of X2 bonuspack is 1.4.01. I think the folder of X2.exe is probably the right place.
Have a look at X2 Scripting&Modding Forum. On the top there is a thread about bonuspack. X2 Tech Support Forum may have some info too.
