If you eject from your craft can you then dock with an equipment dock and upgrade your suit????? I may try it tonight just for a laugh

You can but the new items only stay with the suit until you enter another craft and then you lose them.

I wunder if you can mount weapons and what grade of weapon? I can just see it now. Croosing in your space suit with your Gamma HEPT laser pummeling hell out of an M1!!!

Although i do remember submitting an idea to egosoft consisting of having special types of space suit to be available in X2 in order to fit powerful weapons on to your space suit ( Jango Fett missile back pack style:) or some kind of heavy gundam suit).This would be good!

well it would be cool to have at least one tiny little laser for bringing down other astronauts and blowing up the floating containers and spaceflies

I quite fancy them as wingmen or imagine using them like fighter drones against an M2
