Got an e-mail this morning...

Post by X-Warrior B AS »

And guess what ? :o

X-Newsletter! Woohooo....

My joy only broken by the little detail that I had already read the newsletter this friday and saturday (just didn't get to read it all in one go)
Can't it be sent in time ? It always comes after I have already read it.
Also, my pegasus mail doesn't seem to display it 100% correctly, there are 2 errors I noticed:
1) all sentences fill the full line. Though not everywhere. Doesn't read very nicely when there's 2 or 3 words filling a complete line.
2) The small pics were shown too big. Doesn't look too well that way.
Anything that can be done about any of these little details ?

Yeah--stop using Pegasus Mail :-). I stopped using it precisely because it makes such a hash of displaying HTML-formatted E-mails.

Well, any good and free alternatives that don't mess up your whole system ?

Please be patient. Your mail adress starts with 's' in other word's it's way down on the list... news should arrive in the next couple of hours.

Outlook Express calls your name from the hollow, chill wind of windows past...

It may be MS, it may be shoved down your throat, but there's no denying it's capabilities. I think (but I'm not sure) you can import all fo your mail from Pegasus to OE, including folders, contacts, that sort of thing, so you can switch from Pegasus to OE without having to worry about lost email.

Netscape comes with it's own email client, so maybe you could give that a whirl.

It's addressed to what you set in your account data. You obviously have another account under the name Haggis ;-)
You can change that if you like (and I can do as well :p )
