Hello

I know this is not a script/mod question, but I am not sure where else to ask

Thanks to all of those people, who have answered my previous queries.

Playing the game as per story line.After collecting the download from the Nacelle and flying to meet up with Bret. He aska if I will go down to the planet to go some investigation, the reply from me comes back "I have a few things to do, I'll be back later" ---WTF lol! What things I WANNA go and investigate rofl!

You need to be flyin an M3 or smaller in order to go down to the planet even though you end up flying down in a rented argon express.

the game does it for you, it does the cut scean thing and it show a shuttle going down to Antigone Memorial, then you use a computer to download your information. when you have controll again sometime later you are back in space in whatever ship you took into the system.

No, as has been explained to you before, this is a cutscene. It is slightly interactive in that you get to press a few buttons once you're on the planet, but you can't actually fly your ship around or anything like that.
