I was thinking about X2 and how the people in its world react on all the strange things player does. Here are some things i thought. Please drop your own too. (These are based loosely on true storyes)


1. After long battling against commercial tycoon all of the empires finally caught the mogul behind the strange attacks which destroyed nearly half of all space stations in known space. When mogul was asked why he did it, he answered "My computer was lagging because too much OOS action". What this means no one really knows.

2. Some months ago local EC freighter was rescued by Freelance trader. Freelance trader destroyed several Pirate Orinocos with his Nova. Yesterday the EC freighter and the Freelancer met again, but this time the EC freighter got smashed on the Fender of Freelancer traders Odysseus.

3. Industrial company sent the company Argon Titan to fly throught Xenon sector. Titan got badly banged and finally destroyed. Industrialist was asked why he did it? Reply was "Titan clashing trought Xenon sector... What a sight...".

4. Trader captured Kha'ak scout by ramming it. Pilot says "I didnt see it there!".

5. Huge industrial corporation is in war with Teladi company. Reasons for war were asked from the corporation headquarters and they only said "They have nothing we really need... And its fun.". Since when war has been fun?

6. Argon discovere pilot claims he saw Nova destroying Xenon K. Pilot of the Nova replyed "I felt like killing it...".

7. Industrialist rams space station with Argon titan. Says "I forgot to stop my ship before i started to go trought my fabs...".

8. Guy sits in his ship which is docked on Ore mine for 70 days without eating. When asked he said that he was visiting moms and left SETA on.

9. Industrialist buys 6000 Fighter drones and releases all of them on Xenon sector. "Wanted to see what happens..." Industrialist comments.

10. Argon Titan reverses on asteroid and asteroid stucks into the rear of Titan. Captain of the ship says "These things need rear mirrors!!".

Argon Nova takes on large Khaak cluster and destroys it. When asked why he did such a crazy thing he replied, "I needed to get my race rank up a little."

The owner of a computerized Argon Colossus sent it on a colision course with a asteroid. When questioned he replied, "I wanted to see a big explosion."

A pilot flew around space for 120 days without eating or drinking. When asked how he did it he replied, "When I needed to eat I just selected the pause button from the menu and went to the fridge for a quick snack."
