why wont the mod work?

i put the deadly bun-bun with other ships and a map on put it all in the right places but i cant buy any ships or new missile or weapons

You'll have much better luck asking your question in the thread about the mod itself.
Authors generally check their own threads for questions.
They don't scan through the forums hunting for your questions.
