Here's my honest critique. Looks good. However, I didn't see it as an X until I read it here. So I would suggest moving the X over a bit and making the shape more clear by making the lower right part of the X more substantial than it is now. Second, I can see the pixelation of the white outline... which slightly frags the image. A softening tool or a very SMALL smudge brush effect can clear that up for you. And remember to use layers if you aren't already, that way you can work on the X and keep the 3 out of it, and keep the background out of the mix as well. Then export as JPEG, repost, and go from there.

Now that (3rd one), I like a lot!

I like the 'explosion' of colours from the centre outwards and that it's not 'over' done which, to me, gives a great effect! I also like your own take on the X3 logo.

1 or 3

I like the explosion effect of number 3, but i think number 1 has a better contrast. So i'm not sure which is the better of the two.

At the end of the day, all that really matters is what you want. If pushed i would probably stick with number 1, but thats due to the impact after first seeing it.

The third one is great!

The only thing is that I would take the lower half of the "main" stroke of the X and reverse the direction of the bend, just to make it a bit more obvious that it's an X and not a C with a couple of accents or something.

Unless you're going for a planet-silhouette thing, which I can kinda see.

Overall, I like it!
