Dont be rude, I think he just doesn't know how to apply the patch.
----------
1. When you run Xtension.exe the number that is displayed in the first screen is the version number.
2. Download the appropriate patch (.e.g. 1.1 to 2.1 or 1.5 to 2.1, depending on the version that you have).
3. Run the patch .exe file. This will explode it into the full patch.
4. Run the exploded EXE file to patch the game. Wait until it says that the patch is successful.
Repeat steps 2,3,4 to the patch from 2.1 to 2.1a.
