Deleting factories

Hello

i've reinstalled X2 while waiting for X3 to ship to my country. Loaded my old save games & dusted off joystick :)

Now, what would i like to do : sell 99% of my ships , remove all my factories and start building up trade empire anew.
The problem of course is with factories. I know i can sell them (am reluctant to do so. Dont want to give AI almost free factories :) ) , but i could live with that if I *have* to. Major problem are 20-odd factories in presidents end, which i cant sell (no AI trading station etc...).

Is there a script to.... i dont know... target a factory , press Del and it goes Poooof or smt. like that :)

Edit : found two scripts in Burianek's briefcase . a.destroy and a.destroy.five. From the look of it I think this is it. Testing them this afternoon.

now I've got a sell script on my site
LV made a plugin with a sell command
and I know off a station command that sells fabs for a default price but destroys them (STC.... iirc .. check stickys! ..)

with the last one you wont get back as much .. but they also wont be lost to an other race .. and go poof! ..

Thanks. I've looked up yours and a couple more scripts and
'destruct' with 'show no explosion=[TRUE]' seemed the way to go.
And it did :)
