i've refrained from posting because wading through 'me-too!' spam to get to the real good stuff is annoying and i didn't want to contribute to it, but sad to see it end this way - masterful game, through and through. Alas for poor Squiddy. Long he held out against the minions of the grim Reaper, but the inevitable was, sadly, erm... inevitable.

Thank you N-S - brilliant read and, as has been commented many times - very educational

As has already been commented, this should most definitely be combined into a single story (minus most of the posts from others) and sticked as a tutorial and entertaining read!

And, I think I may have to take revenge on the Split for doing this! I liked Squiddy!
