That quote was after he freaked him out in x3tc.ru :D He took it out of the context and bring it here. Nice :)

We didn't want to capture voices with accent. It's pretty hard to make voiced plot (even in russian it took a lot of time), most of the volonteers just couldn't play. We dont want to record just a sound. If there any voloneers with acting experience maybe we can sound it in english ;)

I have no problem in English with Russian accent.I always finded interesting to listen English with Russian,German,Mexican,Scottish... accents in the movies.

Maby posting a new topic for English actors will make the problem a litlle more barbell.I know to speek English but no actor experience.

Quick review and feedback.

I only got a chance to play about seven or eight hours total of this mod, but it seems very well done. Excluding the lack of voice acting and russion translations, I really enjoyed it.

However I did notice some slow down in gameplay around the 7th hour mark attributed to lag. I went through the job files and it seems reasonable compared to Unleashed modded job files, I had grax' remove all small rocks script running, but the lag was still there.

If there is anyway way to find a way to boost performance that'd be great. For reference I'm running a quad core 3.2, GTX 295, and 8 gigs of ram. My machine should be able to take care of anything on the market these days.

Rly thanks for yuou works modder, i'm playing your mod since same days, and is a great and fun work, the new xenon ship are beautifoul ad the storiline in rly fun.

Yes, we know that such slowdowns are the mod's main problem. Our scripters successfully enhanced the 1.0's perfomance and keep working on it, as some slowdowns are still present.

Attention everyone!

The TOTT team needs volunteers for the mod's english voicing. There also should be 2 female voices (as Saya and Miria). All the wishers please choose some cues of any part, voice them and publish the audio-files in the proper thread of our site. As our sound supervisor - DJ Van Arti - is not english speaking, you can contact me for any information and with any questions. :)

great mod guys, english translation looks a bit rough but the play dynamics seem spot on. thanks for adding Yaki industry its nice being able to finally play yaki VS everyone like the NPC does.

As for the guy who does nothing but complain about a free mod, be constructive not destructive. if you dont have something to add thats constructive, dont say anything at all.

i havnt played much yet so dont know the plot characters. do you have a script in english you could put up?? i do a bit of sound engineering so may be able to provide some voices.
I used to list PC parts here, but "the best" will suffice!

You can read the text-files from 13cat via X3-Editor.

We'll do for sure, as we'd need split, paranid etc. voices. But we require some foreign english-speaking gamers, in order to make the voicing perfect.

I've a question .. how work the xenon mobile factory ? i've buyed a xenon termonuclear power plant , docked on it a termonuclear energy block , loaded same water but it not product energy cells at all , i've seen the command Enable / disable Plant in the ship Control panel , but trying a lot of time to switch nothing is produced.

All the xenon plants work only when they are docked with an Industrial Complex Kernel (can be purchased on the Xenon Industrial Shipyard). So you:
1. buy a Kernel (TL needed)
2. place the Kernel into any sector like a common station
3. buy a "W" and some "V", which suit the "W" purchased
4. dock the "W" (with "V" in it) with your Kernel
5. load the Kernel with necessary resources
6. choose "Star manufacture"

Xenon plants produce nothing if they aren't docked with a Kernel

Great job people, enjoying the mod very much!!

I have a bug to repot, some missions have russian text. There are some complex buid missions with some parts in russian, and other completely in russian (wich obviously I dont´know what they are, I don´t know russian)

Now back to playing!!!!

EDIT: One question, you said to use no other scripts or mods with TTOT, does this include the bonus pack?

I really want the CAG....
