I already deleted it and reinstalled the DVD, I think steam did have an issue when it applied the 2.6 patch. Then again, steam for me has been acting odd since they updated and gave it the new interface. Anyhow, could always be worse.

First it was steam and after that it was the install.stealthhammer wrote:Also out of all the plots I think this one was the most buggiest I've ever had.
So basically this is the buggiest system you ever played the plot with, you meant to say I guess.
But as usual just blame the plot, that must be it...

What if the gate is somehow related to another plot in another patch? 2.7?? or a new version of the bonus pack that provides another sector for the player to spend his next 333,333,333Cr on?? In X3R we got Avarice maybe we will get 2 sectors in X3TC?
BTW this is pure speculation so dont get your hopes up!!
would be cool though
I Like my new sector. Im not using it for much though, just collecting nividium in an Mobile-Mining Base Ship and storing all my unique ships that had been cluttering up various stations around the universe and other boring stuff might get round to creating my PHQ supply complex in the US sector to the south this weekend in prep for my PHQ which i will get in 4507 more microchips

The gate is a leftover from development.
It was closed because it caused Xenon Migrations through your sector.
So in vanilla you can not use it.
There is little difference in 'roid yields to make one ANH sector substantially more beneficial than another....unless you want two Nividium 'roids.
I went for Twisted skies as I like the planet with rings.Looks good behind my PHQ.
There is one ANH sector that has planetary atmosphere close to the gate.

Which is best? On stats I think
Guiding Star for Silcon count (You can have 4 XL SSP looped) and has two Nividium rocks.
Second place Twisted Skies for Silcon + Ore count.
Worst: Ceo's Well Spring
However they are all pretty equal pick the one you like the look of best.
