Its extremely difficult not to respond to such a "sensitive" topic, especially since responding seriously would result in going away from "political correctness", and that always comes with certain risks due to one sided bigotry (the intolerance of views or opinions of others).
I do find it odd that with all the chinese text on in game advertisements, the target audience of the game and the lore + games so far in the series, that you get this odd choice of demographics as far as NPCs go. It is alienating to be honest. I noticed the same thing being done to certain Marvel franchises as well, for example Thor. Asgard is based on Norse mythology, it is the place where the Aesir (a race of nordic people) live, yet when the movies came out the Aesir were largely African, with some Asian and random European looking people. Not as much blonde or red hair as one would expect. The character Valkyrie, who in the lore was a tall blonde named Brunnhilde, whose entire back story involved a relationship with a certain man and his fate. So when Marvel decided to cast Brunnhilde as a short african lady, playing the role of a Norse warmaiden, it became extremely hard to accept, rather it was borderline insulting. It showed no respect for the norse mythology or the range of unique races of people which existed in the world. To make matters worse, they made her a lesbian which completely destroys her characters backstory. The creators saw more value in hitting certain check boxes to earn "social capital" than to actually respect or understand the content they took from.
One could call it "cultural appropriation" mixed with ideological pandering.
When Black Panther came around, marvel did the complete opposite and made sure Wakanda (unlike the Aesir's Asgard) was completely homogeneous. To the intellectually astute, a double standard presents itself. We are told we are not allowed to be uncomfortable by this, but many are they just won't say it because it means losing "social capital" or being attacked verbally. This is not good.
Now with the lord of the rings show coming up, the producers are already saying the people of middle earth, including the elves, will be "multi-racial". This ignores the fact that the whole lord of the rings franchise, the concept, was supposed to be a reflection of Europe and Europeans. Even the new Witcher series based on Polish mythology and slavic people are being subverted in the same manner for their TV show.
At some point, this process not only looks politically motivated (see ideological subversion), but it starts to alienate the fanbase and lessons the value of those said franchises.
With that out of the way,
I do not think Egosoft thought about this too deeply in their decisions to add that kind of NPC combo to the game. If anything, the NPCs look like they were generated with presets from something like MakeHuman or some other model generator. A big nono for them was to have so many major noticeable visual markers on the limited number of human NPCs. The red bandana, the dread locks, none of these should be in the game because they are too eye catching. Meaning you will really notice the "cloned" model everywhere you go based on those markers. Instead the non-beginner mistake would be to design the NPCs to be as similar as possible to one another with nothing really standing out, as to prevent the user from seeing a pattern (pattern recognition). Unless Egosoft can generate a ton of different character models and combinations, they should avoid trying to add massive racial variety with big visual markers (red bandana and dreadlocks) as to remove the obvious repetition of the said model everywhere. Better yet, keep everyone in space suits and helmets. The more similar the human NPCs look to one another, the better... in this case.

So do you think the fact the media and governments LIE....
As Orwell pointed out, in time of universal deceit, the truth becomes a revolutionary act. There is a lot of deceit going on, with the intent to subvert.
So for example, the government/news sources will mark down pakistani as simply "asian" as a way to remove the religious and ethnic element. Its obvious why this is being done.
Here in the US we have seen something similar in our crime statistics. There are entire pages full of central american criminals who have committed murder, rape...ect but their criminal profile marks them down as white males. In the news, we have constantly seen attempts to "re-shade" criminals to make them look lighter skinned, especially where high profile shootings occur.
All this manipulation and subversion highlights a certain causality, one that results in whites (european, caucasian and slavic) becoming more racially conscious (which is something every other major racial group has or has been conditioned to have).
I think what a lot this really boils down to is that a racial consciousness that was previously lost is coming back, and with its return, the ability to say you have certain preferences that lean towards the in-group (which is actually quite normal).

That is some serious racist bull.
I really wish you would stop using words like "racist" as at this point it really has no real meaning other than to imply something you think is undesirable, which ironically, used to be the definition of diversity (from latin diversitas, linked to divert, the act of pulling in different directions, tearing apart).
Is what he is saying racial? Sure, however that does not automatically translate to "racist". The word racist originally came from bolsheviks (communist) who used the word as a form of emotional appeal from which criticism can be deflected. If you criticize X then you get called racist as it would silence the criticism. Want to move into a foreign land? If they don't want you, you call them racist in order to influence their behavior. Its all based on emotional appeal, not reason or logic. Stalin said ideas are more dangerous than guns, and he is right to some extent, in so much that ideas require words to spread them. Control the words, and you control thought. Control thought, and you control behavior.
To find out who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.
In later years the word racism has tried to be more clearly defined, so they started saying it is "prejudice + power". This implies that only those with the power cannot be prejudice. But what is prejudice? In this context it is an irrational attitude resulting the negative judgement or opinion of another. The problem with using prejudice and attaching negative connotation to it is that most of the time people actually have a rational reason for their attitude, thus it is not irrational. As for power? Well if I fly to Japan, and its a nation of Japanese people... who do you think is logically going to have the power? The Japanese of course. Should I expect to have just as much power as them in their own nation? Of course not. In Japan you can even find shops that say "japanese people only", meaning they won't serve you if you are not japanese. Is this bad? Not really, its their nation. They feel they have a reason for it, thus to them it is justified. Just because I would be a minority would not give me the right to tell them otherwise. In the same vein, a lot of people end up traveling into Europe (which is for the europeans) and use words like "racism" as a form of emotional appeal, to take away the power while implying irrational prejudice.
Logically speaking, if a bunch of X were not allowed into Europe, many rapes and murders would have been prevented, yet such logical conclusions are being told to be ignored because of one word, "racist" which serves no other purpose than to appeal to emotion (not reason, nor logic). The solution is simple, the prevention methods are clear, but no one will do anything because they are scared of one word that only has emotional value.
Thus what I would like for you to do is remove it from your vocabulary and instead just make an argument thats based on reason and logic, rather than "weaponized words" that only appeal to sentiment and nothing else. This is reasonable, yes?
