M3, M4, M5 don't dock on Toukon, when the player is in the same sector.

edit: I think I was mistaken. It has just worked, when I was in the same sector.

My biggest problem with the Terrans at the moment is that they have no missile defense of their own.

Sure, their ships can use mosquitoes but there isn't anywhere to /get/ them in Terran space, save for the odd drop from a destroyed argon fighter.

Granted its not much of an issue once you get out of terran space and pay the space lizards a visit, but it still bothers me.

Oops i made a mistake in my list, there is no Venus one

I started a new game and i have JB in Moon, Mars, Saturn, Pluto, TUS4

however because JB require u to look at the screen and i used explorers, i have likely missed some because in my previous game i definitely had JB's in Mercury and Oort, but i didn't see one in Uranus

guess ill have to go exploring personally to make sure


my one in Saturn keeps moving about because whenever there is a war announcement the Argon use it and it subsequently gets blown up and replaced in another part of the sector.

my other JB's spawned in different coordinates to where they were previously but have not moved since due to no enemy activity outside Saturn/Jupiter/Asteroid Belt

Im not sure if its a terran bug but when i had a bounty to kill in Earth (he was 240km from the gate -_- ) there were traders still going to the Earth sector but there are no factories or am i wrong? are these left over ships from TC trying to trade with the torus?

I've found the beacons in TUS4, Oort Cloud, Pluto, Neptune, Venus, and The Moon. Haven't found the Saturn one yet but thats probably due to it getting bounced some ridiculous distance away by the shipyard and research base. Also, I'm not really sure why theres one in Neptune, since that sector has a gate, but whatever.

While I suppose its possible for a pirate base to spawn in Earth sector, those ships probably just have "Move to sector" orders. I noticed that back in TC where ships would enter the sector and then immediately turn around and leave.

its quite possible that the sectors JB's are spawned in are not fixed because looking at where everyone says they have JB's there are slight sector variations

The ones placed by vanilla seem to be dynamic for me. Luckily I just spawned more in with Project Bifrost, so every sector in Terran Core Space is reachable with a Jump Drive.

1. GoD can spawn factory "Food preparation facility" but this factory does not seem to be available in shipyards.

2. This factory makes C-rations and uses protien paste and carbo cakes as resources --- both of which dont seem to be spawned naturally but the player has access to in the shipyards.

It's another NPC only factory that does not have connection nodes. Attempting to complex them will result in CTD.

its like a bad joke

how could egosoft possibly design 4/6 stations which could not be complex-able and thus unable to be bought from a race which has very small economic flexibility which results in those factories being a requirement for the player to make a decent terran economy or build a decent terran fleet.

how many of the other CW races have stations you cant buy? im thinking almost none

I've seriously wondered if the Terrans havnt been purposely designed to be unattractive to players. Sounds ludicrous but so do some of the bugs.

The Ghoul and MAM warhead fix would be relatively easy: swap the scene models referenced for the NPC stations to the player built missile / weapon ones. And before anyone asks, I've always steered away from Modding because its really easy for a small mod like that to step on a much better and bigger one (like Caduis' ship / station pack).

But its a good entry level project for anyone to sink their teeth into, if they would feel so inclined :wink:

Or add the missing node to the "AI" factory scenes.
The AI doesn't care and they work (in complexes) for the player.
