Supplying these Missile outposts must be a pain in the wallet, not to mention the posterior.....

Base defense looks really good. Are these racialised in terms of design?

Ammo requirement is a ridiculous feature. This can be omitted by giving the AI unlimited ammo. All bombers and frigates perform properly instead of running with and empty weapon magazines.
Weapon ammo is good when we have less than 10 ships to supply, supplying a greater fleets becomes frustrating.

Looks good thanks for the update. I've never really been a fan of missiles myself. It's just not worth the hassle of resupplying ships and running out of missiles when you start venturing outside of more than 1 ship. The only way I would make the switch would be if they greatly out-performed lasers which doesn't really happen.

Then you've never had them on OOS defense duty, nothing can beat missile ships OOS in terms of firepower in TC.
If your most important sector is plagued by enemy activity, build one of these, stockpile a couple of hundred missiles and you are good to go for a long time (depending on enemy activity of course). And they have a transport dock for ease of supplying...

Has any Titan designs been considered? I would love to see how a deca or Xenon titan would look.

The arms race is ongoing. The other races have caught wind of each others plans long ago, so the reveal of their own concepts doesn't come as a surprise.

to be honest that (racialised designs for stations) is what I personally like the most of the 2.0 updates news :)

Yes, the last beta is being tested now, and our first release candidate is due for testing in about 2 weeks.

No date yet though, so don't ask. :P

Me too, it makes X3 much more immersive in my opinion.

a and b) Should be, you have to try it out yourself
c) AFAIK only by updating XTC to be compatible with AP. AP got some new engine futures, like a bigger map window

Is there any fast ship for exploration and satellite purposes with at least M cargo hold to hold adv. satellites and jumpdrives?

Anything over 200 m/s? Playing XRM has made me spoiled for the Goner Truelight Seeker. 347 m/s corvette with no weapons and strong shields and 3300 xl cargo. Anything like that out there?

Or if not, any way to make the triplex scanner s size?
