well, i completly rewrote the control scripts for the bountysActorius wrote:Ok downloaded the beta version again.... reinit the cache, reloaded, and watched the remaining bounty ship... still at the station... (the other one has simply disappeared).... still hasnt left after 20 mins on seta, so i disabled the spawn bounty ships in the AL settings... this removed the ship altogether.... will find other bounties to see if the problem is resolved.
Note: the previous download of the beta actually worked in regards to making the bounties move again, despite the text errors
UPDATE: the new bounty did not spawn inside a station and is roaming space... everything appears to be working as normal
UPDATE2: I dont know what you updated... but damned it was one hell of an improvement! Before, i was getting two different bounties showing up at one time, no matter where i was... now i have seen 6 different ones (at different stations of course)

which is y it was released as a beta coz i didn't have time to fully test it.
Hopefully there will be no more problems with the bounties, but only time will tell

So it's right. I have all those. Still, as for Merchant Guild, I've seen no station and I swept almost all systems. And no BBS announcements.
I use:
Cockpit mod
Merchant Guild (I've seen only satellites)
Mercenaries Guild (I've seen BBS announcements, but still have to value the offer)
Smuggler Guild (same thing)
Bounty Hunters Guild (I've seen only NPC bounty hunters... rarely)
EMP
Yaki Armada
Race Responses
Race Invasions
Xenon migration
Extra BBC

I am somewhere in the middle of day 2 (I started again with XFP 0.3) and have 15mil but I still don´t want to waste it on such toys
. The question is more did Cycrow wanted to have this effect or did it sneak in at some upgrade (i.e. getting race rep from killing the target).

yes, the rep lose is normal. Even thou they are enemies to one race, doesn't mean they are enemies to thier own race.
so if you have an argon bounty on a split pilot. the argon might not like them, but the split could still be friends, hence the rep lose.
in the next version however, i am making it so some of the ships wont cause you any rep lose, these of course will be random
but you can also use the ship jamming device if you dont want any rep lose.

cycrow bounty hunter script
been after this guy called "pico gisler" he has landed in a teladi mobile mine and refuses to budge, i have even painstaikinly shot the station and blown it uop and still he refuses to bail prior to the station been blown up
is this a bug or not ?
as an after thought would it not be possible to implement a way of bribing the station owner to evict "bounty's" for a price so this does not happen again, after all in real life there are poice informers etc who give up crooks for money
