Dont know if this thing even works though.

Feature 1: S-Foils The ability to switch to Cruise mode, so far only the Classic X-Wing, X-Wing XJ5 and X-Wing T-70 have this feature, wings close, weapons off, +50% to speed.
to set up, click on OPTIONS when in game/ship, navigate to CONTROLS then INTERFACE at the bottom you will see "X-Wing wings key setup" add any key and enjoy.

Feature 2: Droids
For now only the R2 series protocol droid is available, when onboard your ship he will provide maintenance and repairs, if the ship has an external slot such as the X-Wing and Y-Wing the droid will provide close range defence against missiles, and the droid will be visible on your ship as in the images below[/color]
R2 scripts not functioning as should, for now he will only provide missile defence

Hey,

No news really, the next patch will just contain fixes and balancing.
However in patch 0.5 there will be additional iconic planets atmospheres which one can enter, a new Star Destroyer type and many new Ties, including additional "Star Wars Episode 7" content.

Hahaha, a few days ago I wondered if I could ask you to integrate the Rogue Shadow (refit) from TFU2. I even would have sent you the model. And now I see those pics! Great work! I'm looking forward to the time when I'll be able to play AP again with your great mod. But I guess that will need quite some time to pass :( But maybe then the Bellator will already be ready!

Btw. how did you manage to enable the changing wings of those X-Wings? In one of those never finished mods I've read that something like that would never be possible!

Hey there,

Ill try have a version with that "Ballator" and the Rogue-shadow ready by the time SW ep 7 comes out. Unfortunately i work 12-14 hrs a day to get by, that leaves me with very little time for this mod. Our X-Wing script changes the ship entry, I have a separate ship id with that closed wing model to which the scripts switches.

Ah, I understand. By changing the entire ship you do not have those problems that you can't change it within one model. Nice solution :D

Have you though about adding in an the Imperial interdictor? Would it be possible for it to have an effect on other ships near it. Maybe slowing the down or blocking the jump ability?

Hey Cap,

ye i have but it might be troublesome, since we already have the ship in the game we should do something about it being of strategic use, what i can do is make a weapon mountable only on that ship, the weapon will work like a plasma shock-wave generator, but instead of damaging ships it will just slow them down, but that includes friendly ships in the area.

Ill ask Kong if he can make a script which blocks the jump drive on any ship the Interdictor detects.

While the YT1300 will keep my model which is based on the 32" movie prop, the Millennium Falcon however will have a unique model based on the 5 foot Empire Strikes back model with the EP 7 radar dish.

Anyone feel like helping with capital ship scene files (placement of turrets and docks)?

I want to add new Star Destroyers into 0.5 but really dont have time for scene files, getting the turrets to show up in the right places is a pain.
