I've been shooting using RMB since the release and it's absolutely not a problem at all. Yes occasionally it opens a context menu but not very often at all and it doesn't get in the way ever.

None of your other complaints I agree with, especially on the walking part and using weapons while walking? I think they are your personal opinion and dislikes.
