2.0 random crashing (of course far from any autosaves)

well i had someone just do nothing but open my save and then save it on their computer and that worked. but it didnt solve the problem. if it were a hardware issue why is this my only game that crashes?

Cause this game uses recent commands to hardware... it's just a possibility. I didn't say your hardware was failing, but if you do what I said, exactly how I said it, you'll be sure of not having conflict in drivers, nor software, neither registry...

Because every game uses different features of your system to different degrees; it's pretty common for a hardware or driver problem to only manifest itself in one game. In and of itself this proves nothing of course, but the fact that your savegame consistently crashes for you but works fine for more than one other person, does tend to suggest that the problem lies with your system.
