unfortunately not. Player EDs cannot sell upgrades (speed etc) or equipment (scanners etc), and any wares it has are not linked to the sector shipyard. However it will help in the sense that you can store shields and weapons in it for new ships.cswiger wrote:Hey, does anyone know whether buying a player-owned equipment dock, and placing it in Legends Home or GrandEx lets you equip ships brought from there better?

Drat! But thanks for the confirm. Well, it's not the end of the world-- I end up sending pretty much everything bought from OTAS up to Company Pride anyway.Coruskane wrote:unfortunately not. I think it'd be nifty to have jumpdrives be buildable in a factory, as in a Goner-temple or shipyard sized special station. Once the number of jumpdrives you can add to your ships is limited by the production of these, so you need to keep the AI fabs stocked and working, or setup your own jumpdrive fab, if you want to have jumpdrives available for your ships to use...
Do you remember Shalebridge Cradle?
