I think you you need to take a step back and a deep breath yourself. You may not have liked the tone of palm's post but it does contain a lot of specific detail relevant to the thread discussion (albeit nothing that hasn't been already been established).

Conversely resorting to personal attacks adds nothing constructive to the the discussion. You make a claim to being more mature and having software experience but you obviously don't enough to understand that damage that can actually be done to a title by resorting to personal insults starting flame wars. Ultimately your response, regardless of your age and experience was juvenille.

Egosoft (like all game companies) are well used capable of handling often over the top customer complaints by themselves in a professional manner. They don't benefit (and many games have suffered substantially) from well meaning but misguided users taking up the mantle of their defenders and blowing compalints into flame wars.

No, I think it's better to simply close the thread. It has already been stated that no date will be given for 1.3 until we have a definite one, and it is pointless discussing the subject further.
