The Bala Gi ships download wont help you if you're poor, it just makes the ships availible to buy, and they ain't cheap!!

Doesn't the Bala Gi plot show up even in non-plot games?

And does the mod let the Hyperion and other ships show up as well?

The Bala Gi mission are availible in all starts except the XTM custom starts.
The BalaGI ships installer gets you all the ships that feature in the missions. And the PHQ.
