Mobuj, im not going to add stats for other scripts, however, i am going to add the ability for any scripts to add custom stats. so the author of the bank account scripts could add it to display easy enuf

might have to go into task manager and kill the old problem before installing.

adds multiple pages of stats that you change via the 4 control buttons.

now include ship and target information with shield/hull bars

Is it just me or is the G15 LCD program a pain to work with.

I installed v1.10 but only get the original info.

Did I mention G15 program is funky bad.

First: Thanks to Cycrow , great work

My Problem:
does anyone knows if it works correctly with the german X3-Version ?
I got some problems to start it.

I installed it and the Logitech LCD-Manager show it correctly (first screen - No Game Found).
I´ve copied the logitech_scripts.spk into my scripts-folder.
But when i start the Script-Editor i can´t find anything to enable it ?

Is there anything i´m doing wrong or doesn´t it work with the german-version ?

Mobuj, try making sure the old version is not running when u install the new one, goto task manager and close X3LCD.exe

then install it, and the new one should start running.

strichacht, the scripts need to be installed, not copied, you use the Script Manager to install the spk file

edit:
on the first statsscreen i got -2 Ships and on the second screen i got M5: -9,
that must be the hidden ships i´ve sold.
I there anyway to change it ? Ok it´s not really a problem, but it would look better without an -

Found out why it doesn't work... in the config of the log file number field it says 00000 when you chance it to 9003 it works for a second or two but then the program chance it to 09003 and it doesn't work any more.

If you press the close button it goes back to 00000, if you hit the set to foreground it works for those 2 seconds before it chance the log number to 09003... any advice how to force the program not to chance the log number on it's own?

I've been contemplating getting a new keyboard recently and was looking at the G15 just before Cycrow posted here. There does seem to be quite a hype about this keyboard.
But before i go rushing out to get one, does it live up to expectations?

IMHO - YES

-very good Quality (good keys, very robust)
- 3x 18 programmable Makrokeys (good for MMORPG´S)
- programmable LCD-Display (SDK or. LCD-Studio witch is easier for noobs like me )
- USB-Hubs (passiv, but good enough for i.e. Sticks)
-Panel for Mediaplayer (Play, Stop, Volume etc.)

Sadly not much games support the LCD-Panel so far, but there are many Forums where you can get some Applets for different uses (i.e. Winamp)
I also use it for watching my i.e. Sys.-Temps or CPU/Ram-Load.

FRAPS is also supported , you can disable the FPS-Counter on the Monitor an watch them on LCD-the Display.

Conclusion:

You don´t really need a keyboard like this but i think is´s very useful and i´m very satisfied.
I would´t buy it again !

Dino, I had mentioned this issue only a few posts before you. I struggled with it for quite a while, LOL, until I got that figured out.

If you highlight the log text number and put in 9003, click outside the box to set it, and then click on Set to Foreground, the Logitech program should hold that. Did you download the LATEST G15 drivers from Logitech? Previous versions are not compatible with this customization.

If the latest drivers are 1.02.218 then i have them, but if their not then i gotta download newer ones from logitech.(witch i didn't find last time i checked) it still sets it to 09003 even if i do as you say... frustrating all i get is couple of seconds of my stats and after that it says no game found...

Those are the latest drivers; that's what I'm using. And, you are correct, when you input 9003 into the config box, and press "set to foreground" (NOT Close), it reverts to 09003. There is a log file in X3reunion folder called log09003. Crycrow's script calls to 9003. Apparently, it doesn't matter.

Well, mine works. Not sure where your problem is, because it sounds like we have the same thing going on. Did you set the "x3 directory" listing correctly? You need to browse for the x3.exe file and put that in the logitech config box, not the x3 directory itself (as Cycrow descirbes in the install). I got confused at that point too.

And do you see the logitech files in the script editor of the game, to make sure that that part is working properly?

shweet. another reason to use this great keyboard. is there anything that cycrow can't do.

the prgramable keys are really useful. click one button and all my turrets atre ordered to do differnt commands. Or i use it so i can change weapons in my fighter. now i can see my ststa as well. wonderfull.

You're using the G buttons on the left in the game? I haven't explored that issue yet, how did you do it?? Just assign as usual, or, did you have to do something else? Thanks. BTW, I love this keyboard. If you don't have one, it's a good choice. Especially since it's lit up; the gf can sleep while I conquer...

You can assing different key strokes and macros to get the order you want in the game, I make a profile witch runs when i start x3.

I updated my windows and thats when the lcd started to work don't know whitch update did the trick but i bet it was some of those because now it works every time. Seems a great script so thanks for this cycrow.

The ship status on key 2 doesn't show any info, even if I have a ship targetted. And presumeably screens 3 and 4 are unassigned.

As for future ideas, how about one of the screens for attack alerts. Or perhaps a screen could be configured to immediately show best buys and best sales in the sector!

I dont code, so I'm not sure of what can and can not be done.

Oh one other thing, does anyone else get no game found when going thru warpgates?
