Hi Syndrome, there is a V02 which is the full XFP download and has only those scripts required to run XFP. All you do is unpack the download over your X3 Reunion folder as mentioned earlier. You also get a full manual in the rar which describes all the new sectors, ships and scripts.

The optional script pack v0.101 contains scripts that are not needed for XFP but are very poular and are an add on, voted for by many people. It contains many well known scripts that have been partly tested for compatability. Some of them are still bein g updated to make them run well with XFP. You can install this if you have Cycrows latest script installer by just double clicking the file after download is completed.

fuds GUI is not XFP related but adds new icons to your X3 game panel.

A Silicon mine XXL from the Ashleys Argon shipyard in Ashleys Industries sector deploys as an L mine not an XXL (haven't checked any of the others - I'll have to get those cheat scripts to get cash first :))

This mod is looking better and better!!!!

I have just tried to download and open the Market Trader script. It will not open and comes up with an "Unexpected end" error message. I have tried deleting it and re-downloading but get same message (Using Winzip 8 and tried Win RAR too)

sounds like a curropted download, have u tryed download it from the other mirror, or as the seperate part files ?

Wanted to put it in this thread too:

I found the free H(not gonna say where it is), but the guns don't equip right. It puts gPPCs in the last slot for each turret, but won't keep any other guns installed in any other slots.

Too bad, as it's a freekin cool looking ship :cry:

try setting all the turrent commands to none, then trying again.

that should remove any control the AI has over the turrets and stop it from removing the weapons

It has been doing that since v1.4 :cry: I should remove them from the SY's :idea: I caint seem to find a way to fix it. Sometimes it half works.

Tried as many download sites as I could find - Winzip (now version 10) still insists that it is not a valid archive. I have tried a lot of the others and they open up OK..... But NOT the Market Trader one

Just the Ore Mine / Silicon Mine XL + XXL versions. :cry: I will probally be commenting these out of my scripts, just so players wont be able to buy them. :wink: That wont stop them from being cheated in though.

All the others should work fine. Includeing the SPP XXL which I just double checked a little while ago. (5520 ES's every 1:58 with 40 crystal's used) 8)

Thanks North. I think I might wait until the full version is out before I install XFP. I know I asked this before but am I gonna be waiting a long time or a short time for the full version. And, are you using betas just to add more on to your mod or for testing?

The current version is the full one. The only reason it's called "beta" is so that a wider audience may provide exposure beyond the extensive beta team over lengthy testing could provide. With the standard default mod download plus the additional download options you will have this very wonderful huge mod combination.

Further releases will likely continue indefinitely as the Fusion Project is be nature an evolutionary community contributed mod. :)

for some odd reson betty keeps saying something about some missle thats not compatible with my ship (it says it like every 15 seconds) but then its probaly due to some old script somewere on my pc

Funny it crashes the Xscript installer everytime.....and so far is the only .spk that does it

Download the latest Script Manager - Installer/Packager V1.71 and it should not crash when installing optional script pack v0.101

What is the meaning of this Readtext thing??

BTW I've corrected a few errors with t-files, but I have v0.1, so I guess that problems are fixed in v0.2, aren't they??? :roll:

Thats due to LV's Race Response Fleets. :wink: Which he put in for debug purpose last I heard.

The latest Script Installer 1.71 should correct this. Reason its crashing in 1.70 is when you have additional scripts installed before installing the multi pack 0.101. :wink:

The Galaxy Transporter should be fixed in .2 :)

Many t-files had corrections in the latest versions. These can be as small as spelling. :wink:
