A bit off topic, with that pretty impressive engine trail coming from the back of it could that be made to have a impact on anything it hits? flying into a big stream of flamy-death-plasma-whatever cant be good for the health....

Extreme Modding not really. It's not hard to do that at all. But it is a long and tedious task to do it - adding engine flames to all ships. ;)

Oh I have to disagree -I think it looks spot on - It is true though that you can't please all of the people all of the time...

It doesn't look right because it's too large compared to the speed of capitalships. Either none or a very short exhaust.

I think it looks right, considering the amount of thrust that would be needed to move that behemoth...

I like the look of the ship, but the lines on the wings are kind of off to me... Every one of the boron ships has clean flowing lines that match the outline of the particular body part they are on. These just don't do that. If they were parallel to the form of the wing, I think this would look a lot better...

Just an opinion...

We are looking for someone who would like to get their teeth stuck into modding things in XTC.

This would be good for a person who would like to get into general modding that does not include scripting or modelling.

No experience is needed, but you must be able to work out how things operate within the game yourself. We can offer support with this, but sometimes you will need to investigate an area that we haven't looked at before and figure out what is going on.

A lot of the work will be detailed and meticulous.

Currently these are too large. Although it is not obvious from that shot, the flames are almost as long as the ship is. XD

That is one of the reasons that shot was rejected for a news release.

This will be fixed soon, but there are only so many hours in a day. :)

I would definitely love the chance to join in the modding crew and learn how to mod properly :D... but I must warn you, my modding skills are just about zero to nil, I'm not completely useless with this kind of thing though. I've just never modded on X3 before.
