Ok will do :) How does ~30% below X3TC prices for each class sound (for a starting target anyway)?

BTW are there any more TL models that will be imported? I never played X2 so I don't know what ships there are and I noticed only the Argon had an X2 TL.

imho yes. all X2 races had their own TL.

I agree with the lower price, but make sure that they cannot mount any new TC weapon (only IRE/PAC/HEPT/PPC/PSG/others that were in X2 too). That would make them "feel" old and outdated.

anyways, the price should be lowered as much as the stats are lowered, at least imho.

I was going to lower them by 20%, about the same as there stats. I still need to sort out there weapon selection, one of the next things to do.

I will be importing the rest of the TL class ships as well as any i have missed out so far.

Ok 20% it is :) Also, time permitting, I think some of the default wares need to be adjusted. The Old Nemesis cannot maintain 4 ISR. It can do 4 HEPT though :P

Looking good. A few could be lower but as a stating point 20% seems fine.

I have finished all the old ships, I left the Xenon alone since I haven't seen em sold at all.

Xenon are not being sold as they are not in the standard game (i think).

They should be in the Xenon fleets same as all other ships are used by the AI, apart from two which will be part of a mission or two when i get some more time to play with the Mission director a bit more.

I have been keeping an eye out for X2 ships but it is a new game and the fact I am KOS to the Boron takes most of my watching time :P They really need to fix it so that if the AI attacks you they get fired upon, not you for defending yourself :twisted:

Yeh theres a few weird AI characteristics that need fixing or tweaking. Hopefully they will fix some in a future patch or their next game.

If there is another game in the series, I really hope they rewrite the engine for multicore cpu's and dx10 as well :)

So true.

Anyway I am experiencing a weird bug that has happened on Pious Paranid and Savage Split starts. I start the game cheat to give myself an X2 M3 of the race I am playing. At this point the X2 stations are just fine. However when I dock in the system, quit and load the last save, the X2 shipyard in that system is gone, the rest of them appear to still be there though.

I have also had a number of starts where the X2 Split shipyard doesn't spawn at all in Family Pride. Do they move around at all?

They do not move around. I am not sure why the split shipyard is disappearing, uses the same code as all the other shipyards.

The Paranid one did as well. I did notice on multiple starts that the Split one either spawned (and in different places) or didn't spawn.

They will spawn in different places (always in the same sector) every game. I am beginning to think they re spawn when you load a save game as well. So they are still there just that they have re spawned else where in the sector.

Unless they spawned really bloody far out I doubt it. I threw a triplex scanner on and mapped the whole sector. Shipyard was just gone.

Hmm strange. I will look into it, still learning MD code so i could of miss understood a command or just done a very bad job of making the code :(
