1. My files 14 dat / cat are empty. Is this supposed to be?
Yes. Placeholders for XTC patches.
2. You write that the suspension GNS XTC 2.0. Meanwhile, news articles are quite different from the GNS 2.0, whether or not it would be better to call contained in the GNS XTC 3.0?
Articles and special functionality of GNS in XTC is limited to XTC.. You won't see those articles outside of XTC, as they would make no sense. Functionally, the code is very similar.
3. When the ship stats are published?
Never. Or, not in the foreseeable future. Explore the game for yourselves, people.
This is too cruel, i have to wait an entire TEN minutes for the torrent to finish downloading, then ANOTHER TWO minutes to install and then i can finally admire everything that has been done.
I docked a damaged bailed M4 inside of a TM, and set the M4 to have the TM as the homebase. I have the carrier fighter repair AL plugin turned on, as it is by default. The M4 doesn't seem to be getting repaired though. Is the TM missing something, or does that only work with larger carriers?
Also, the Teladi shipyard in Atropos IV sells large mines more cheaply than medium mines

Thank you for your reply.
What I meant was that GNS had already been translated into Polish, and now I must once again translate the new messages.

All automated exploring does it allow you to know whats in the system and even then you dont need to have it be remote. What happens when i've played the game multiple times and want to start over? manually scouting the same sectors over and over again will get old really fast. Even with automated remote exploring you'll still be exploring and enjoying the sector since you never get a feel for the sector until you go inside it. All you do with automated exploration is ensure you dont spend 3 hours flying in a cross spamming shift C 4 1 to ensure your not missing that important station.
So the manual says 'large shipyards' seeing as i havent seen another shipyard beyond the one i've found i assume theres going to be other ship building factories named 'wharves' and 'arons'?
I could not play vanilla TC without the exploration script because i dident enjoy flying through the same damn sectors over and over ensuring i found every station.
Re: Cycle time - because they are not configured. Buy one, enter station commands, and specify which missiles/weapons/shields/ammo in particular you want it to make. They are special in the sense that you can tell them to build almost any missile/weapon - and several different ones, at that.
First of all let me say that thought this is my first post of these forums I have followed this project since I started playing X3TC and Im still completely in awe of the work you guys have put into it.
That said I have a question about compatibility for us Mac users of X3tc. Now I have spent enough time around the forums to realize that we mac users are the lepers of the X universe since egosoft didnt produce or support the Mac version.
My question is is there any possibility that this mod can be released in a format that could be installed on macs? Currently the release appears to be a lovely exe file, which though it is great for PCs is about as useful as a boron on a desert expedition for a mac user.
I understand this is the last thing that the already overworked Xtended team might be thinking of but an answer would be great. If it doesnt work I guess I will have to get around to installing boot camp on my computer.
Thanks
Edit: By any format for mac I mean in a way where I could install it like I have installed countless other fan made scripts (and not a installer specially made for mac!)
I started as Split, doing fightmissions... after several missions with expected difficulty, I took one patrol-sector-mission. In the second sector there was a pirate Kestrel spawned.
After a few tries I really cursed loud... damned backturrets on M5... OMG that's so nasty... and the shields on the Jaguar so little.
But well done, I would say - at least no longer easy enemy picking as in Vanilla.
Though I am seriously thinking to change my difficulty-level... took me several reloads to get the Kestrel killed without being harmed myself
I should of juked when i jived and now I'm doing missions to pay for the repairs of my Jag. A few points of hull per mission, yah I've got a goal. Still kickin Disco, Harrier and an odd kestrel and Fujin butt and lovin it.
full install gives you as many XTC changes as possible - hence it is 'full' Custom install is for when you need to remove one or two out of the equation.
