Where can I find a freeware program that will extract spk format?

I use Cycrow's XScript Installer and XScript Packager. Open XScript Packager, under the Tools menu you have an option to extract .spk files.

I've tried downloading this file from both locations several times now, and I can't seem to get it. I went to the main hosting site for one of them, and saw that about a month ago, their entire database was lost. Is this file still available, or has it been lost?

Question for the EMP experts:

What happens when a script that uses EMP is run without out EMP installed?.
Would wares that get added to docks look like what we have in this thread?.

Patch 2.0.01 changed TwareT file a little bit. 3 lines actually. So, the answer is no.

hmm, so the EMP wasnt up to date, as it has been pointed out by Tomol, BUt it IS up to date now,,,

And the script installer that we use to install the (new) emp.spk? i presume that since the emp is updated,, the script installer that we use to install it is also compatible with the new 2.01 patch, right?

I am sorry if i seem to be repeating myself, just trying to make sure:P

Yes, scripts installer is compatible with 2.0.01.
