Masssive war mod noob question

When it says in the readme "You must have version 1.3" does that mean x2 v1.3 or mwm v1.3 i am downloading x2 1.3 but mey net connection is a very slow dial up so its taking time. and as for mwm 1.3 i cant find a download site

make sure you install patch 1.2 before installing patch 1.3, they are both required
