On load, look at Barrier Fleet A. This Tokyo is exactly at its S ship capacity of 90. I've noticed that multiple times since I assigned the fighters, all of them will dock but one. The last one waits until more launch... unless you live stream it.
Take note of "FRK Fighter Gladius (RMQ-269)", waiting outside the carrier at load. If you remain in the map, it just parks nearby and stays there. Then reload and livestream it (you don't actually have to load, but enemies will come along sooner or later and invalidate the test). Note that in live stream it starts landing right away, even if no enemies show up. It doesn't necessarily succeed at landing, often smacking into the hull instead, but you can plainly see that in high attention it stops waiting and goes to land.
I cannot make any sense of this. The ship *does* hold 90 fighters. I had all 90 of them docked when I sent it out there. But the last one had to be watched to make it land.
I note also that this does not happen every time they launch and land. But it's happened multiple times now. Always one S fighter being the culprit and it always resolves if looked at.
7.5 Tokyo holds 1 fewer fighters in low attention? - Resolved since Beta.

Re: 7.5 Tokyo holds 1 fewer fighters in low attention?
Weirdly this hasn't happened again for some time now, after occurring multiple times in just the span of building the ship and sending it out there. I did update to the beta since then, though, but it might also just be that the ship's fighters have been in such frequent conflict that it either doesn't get a chance to happen, or resets itself quickly.
